Great affordable buy
Really nice bike, my 3yr old loved opening it on xmas day 🥰, easy assembly too. Unfortunatly one of the brake levers broke, however after contacting the manufacturer, I recieved a replacement brake lever part within a week from them to put on myself, the bike is back in safe working condition.Thank you

Faulty parts
Reflector broken in box. Couldn’t attach carriage basket as the screws were faulty.

Damaged basket
I put together my daughters first bike for Christmas. Unfortunately the bike seat/ basket was damaged but the pieces weren’t even in the box meaning it was put in the box for delivery already damaged!!! Rubbish as this was the reason I brought the bike!!
