I read how great these are for your hair so I gave it a shot. I must admit I am not disappointed! I love that you can adjust it to fit comfortably. It’s double lined which is nice. As a stay at home mom who doesn’t really find time for herself this is super helpful because I don’t have to worry about my hair. I take it off in the morning and have no knots. I have less breakage since I don’t have to rip a brush through my hair, it glides through like a hot knife in butter and I don’t put it up that often either. If I want it out of my face I just put the cap back on. It’s super comfortable, I typically wear it all day long. I definitely recommend buying.

I have been trying to find a bonnet that fits well. This has the ability to adjust with a quick little strap in the back to tighten more on your forehead/ hairline. My other bonnets were too big and would fall off while I’d sleep. I brought this one and that hasn’t happened at all. Very comfortable material and soft to the touch, easy to wash, and very durable.

I have short hair and a small head. I was worried that this cap would be too big for me. However, when it arrived, I was so happy! It exceeded my expectations! The cap has a strap to adjust to your head size and is very stable and high quality. I've spent a lot on expensive caps, but this one is affordable and high-quality. to be fair this is the first bonnet i ever bought. it seems this is a necessity for curly hair. i think it does help to keep curls shape at night, but it is too hot during summer months. i will try when it is colder
