I’ve used a few pre-workouts in the past, many of which were more expensive than this one. While those products gave me a powerful burst of energy, they often left me feeling agitated and out of control. This kind of intense energy spike can be counterproductive, especially when you're trying to focus and maintain good form during a workout. But my experience with Grizzly Nutrition’s pre-workout was different, and I was pleasantly surprised. Taste and Mixability: I took the pre-workout with around 300-400 ml of water, mixing one full scoop. The taste was fairly neutral, not overly sweet or artificial. It blended well with water, and I didn't experience any clumps, which is always a plus. Initial Effects: At first, I didn’t feel much for about 20 minutes. I was just a bit more focused, which is always a good start. But then, the effects started kicking in. I began to feel a slight itchiness and warmth around my forehead and ears, along with a few mild palpitations. Initially, I thought this might be the peak of the effects, but I was wrong. Performance and Energy: After that initial phase, the pre-workout continued to build at a steady pace, giving me a great sense of energy without any of the "wild animal" feelings I've had with other pre-workouts. It didn’t make me feel overly aggressive or jittery, but rather pushed me through my workout with a steady, consistent energy. I didn’t feel exhausted at any point, and the best part was the pump – it was solid and felt controlled, not rushed or overwhelming. Focus and Endurance: Even after finishing my workout, I still felt energized for a couple of hours. This extended focus and energy were really impressive, and honestly, I was so clear-headed that I considered using it to study. 😂 Caffeine Content and Tolerance: This pre-workout contains more than 200 mg of caffeine, which is a solid amount for most people. However, I wouldn’t recommend taking it every day, especially if you're sensitive to caffeine. While some individuals may be okay with doses of 400-500 mg, it's important to listen to your body and adjust based on your tolerance. Value for Money: At just ₹900, this pre-workout is a fantastic deal. Not only does it offer good value for the price, but it also comes with cashback offers, which makes it even more affordable. Given the quality and the effects it delivers, it’s definitely worth the money. Final Thoughts: I honestly don’t know how I missed this brand before. Grizzly Nutrition’s pre-workout delivered a great experience, and I’m excited to try their True Legend product next, which promises even more potent supplementation. Really and great product under reasonable price with clean ingredient

Alright so after much apprehension I got this product. Was previously using NO Xplode and assault. This is my review after using it for a week. Mixability: brilliant... Can mix it with a spoon in a glass of water without any lumps or sinkage !! Taste: initially tastes good but the after taste is disgusting .... Bitter like some medicine !!! Worse than assault pre workout which I thought was pretty bad itself !! Effect: I kid you not ... This product gives some serious kick !! The tingling sensation is very apparent after 20 mins ... I felt so darn alert in the gym and found it very easy to focus !! I was a fan of NO Xplode till now and bought this product only coz my regular supplier didn't have it in stock due to the demonetization issue. Thank God for that else I would have never found this product !! I am a heavy caffeine drinker so I took a full scoop from day one without issue .... Other people to start with half. It is comparable to the previous 2 pre workouts that I tried ... Effect wise right up there with no xplode ... Just that this product gave me a rather instant boost !! Btw I feel it's worth mentioning that the packaging it came in was pathetic ... The box was badly indented from the base ... Amazon really disappointed me this time with its outsourced delivery team :P .. Id say go for it if you can bear the bitter taste ... Another person in my gym tried it and said it tastes too bitter for him to take it everyday ... Apart from that it's a no brainer !! Serious gymholics won't give a damn about the taste !! But it's certainly something people consider ... I don't !! One star less for the poor packaging and bitter taste ... EDIT: So it's been a month since I have been using this and I still can't get over the disgusting taste. I still feel a tingling sensation in my hands right after taking this. But in the past one week it is only giving a tingling sensation and no pump like it used to ... Maybe my body has got used to it or something, but all I feel is the tingling sensation with very mild increase in focus and pumps if at all. With NO Xplode I didnt develop any resistance till 2 months. I am guessing my body is getting used to the limited ingredients in this pre workout as compared to C4 and xplode where the list of stimulants is massive. I don't want to increase the dosage as I am already taking 1.5 scoops. Will go off for a few weeks and start again !!

I have been going to gym since >7 yeas and started using gym pre work out since 2 years. I tried multiple Indian brands - Advance muscle mass, Six Pack (Pump up), Muscle Nectar etc as well as individual components (Beta Alanine, Caffeine etc) from different brands- My protein, As it is etc. I was looking for a change esp in Indian brands and I thought to try Grizzly Nutrition. It has 3 different pre work out. I opted to choose "True Instinct" as compare to other two because composition is nearly same as I use for other brands I was amazed to see results (it took a week time). Overall I realised delayed fatigue, more concentration and early recovery. In the beginning there was tingling sensation due to beta alanine which subsided in due course of time. Overall It is very good and nothing less than any imported brands. Proper nutrition, good hydration and adequate rest is definitely required as hitting gym and intensity shoot up. It gives the multiple flavour which are unique and not available with other brand (I used Lime Mojito and ordered now watermelon tequilla). I prefer to add one scoop of creatine with one scoop of it as it meets my requirement There is scope for improvement in overall box vs spoon size. In the end when 5-7 scoops are left, it takes slightly extra effort to get adequate amount. Also, better mixing of different components can be improved slightly which can reduce efforts while drinking. At present if it is shaken less than a min it results in some white compound left which is bitter one (I think it is caffeine which is usually not easily mix). Overall I would recommend this brand for usage by any serious gym goer
