Self-Healing - Guided Meditation

This is the classic version. Used the cassette version years ago. Helped me then and is helping me now.

This is my all time favorite self hypnosis program -while it is outdated in some respects it is one of the best of it's kind. Unlike many others I've listened to over the years, this one actually covers a great many different types of self healing and improvement -It's the closest to an all-in-one hypnosis program I've found with messages of good mental and physical health, prosperity, healing, motivation and more. Because it covers so many different areas it has also been my most used one -I used to own this on tape but wore it out over the last 10+ years and was very happy to find a cd version of it. Barrie Konicov has a great voice and delivers hypnotic messages very well. Highly recommended!

Hypnosis is a matter of taste or opinion. This is okay for me but not great but don't let that stop you, you may love it.

He is THE BEST: BEST voice, wording, pacing, imagery, healing concepts and techniques. Good for beginners and Good for those who have tried every which way to calm themselves. This is the BEST of his tapes and CDs because it is the most calming and healing. It is my favorite. Beginners might prefer his Relaxation CD.

I have tried many cd's on self esteem and self healing. This is one of the best I've listened to. I am in the process of listening to it daily. I recommend this excellent cd.

I had this on cassette many moons ago, I had absolutely loved it, playing it every day during a period of illness and I do believe that it had a profound effect with my healing. It was so wonderfully relaxing. 20 years later and I wanted to use it again to aid my healing but the tape is long gone. So I tracked it down on Amazon and was so excited to find it. It arrived sooner than expected and I couldn't wait to listen to it. But this is not the original recording! The beautiful Baroque music has been replaced with some other classical music, which in itself is okay, but this is not what I was looking forward to listening to and I feel so disappointed. The original was perfect, so why change it?
