This is worth the few extra bucks. It has the same consistency of what I used to get from the VA, but unfortunately they stopped carrying it in their pharmacy. So the first time I needed to replace it, I ordered the less expensive jar for $9.xx. It had the same label so I just figured that the seller just got a good deal on a lot and was passing it on. Big wrong assumption. It was very thin and I needed to apply about twice as much to get the same results. So the next time I decided to spend a bit more on this seller's product which also had the same label and kept my fingers crossed. When I dipped my fingers into this new jar, I let out a big YES! Buying my second jar today.
