Dead receiver - over a month of no support
Purchased the item and it worked fantastically for a week. Then receiver lights stopped working, a day later the receiver was dead. I’ve contacted support and they just keep pushing me off. It’s been over a month of email replies taking a week or more between. I’ve requested replacement or refund and still no action. I get it, electronics break. Not standing by your product, not ok. Frustrating. Do not purchase
