I was desperate for this foldable stool and after I got this, I saw it in retail stores around. It is expensive and came after a few days but serves the purpose. It’s durable and will last long.

I bought this to use to reach stuff in the kitchen which is slightly out of my reach now that I've got to that age where you start to lose a bit of height with every decade. I've found it to be easy to use with one hand as well as being sturdy. The fact that it collapses down means that it is easy to store out of the way.

Needs to be snapped down hard before use, to ensure stability. Helpful for reaching up in my built in wardrobes. Nothing special to look at so can be easily folded away and hidden behind furniture. Good value for money. 4.5 stars out of 5.

Needed a folding step as to be honest I am not quite 5' and somethings are just beyond my reach. I have a bigger folding set that I use indoors but these I have put in my car for the odd occasion I need extra height outside, inc washing my car and reaching over the roof.Will also be taking camping so I can reach to hang up the lights etc very handy that they are light, fold flat but is very strong.

Apparently, you must not use these steps for DIY. I'm not sure why as you are simply standing on them. Anyway, my old steps cracked and fell apart so I decided on this one as a replacement. It's more than adequate, folds very well and slots away in a deep kitchen drawer out of sight when not in use. So far, seems quite strong. Let's hope they stay that way.

This step stool performs well. Care must be taken to ensure the top is clipped in to get safe stability.One minor issue is that the small rubber feet keep falling out. I resolved this by glueing them in with an impact adhesive.
