Ratio Trio Coconut Almond Granola Cereal, 1g Sugar, Keto Friendly, 8 oz Resealable Bag

I've been on a health journey for a few years now and I'm always looking for ways to get my protein intake up. I love Greek yogurt or ratio yogurt with fresh blueberries and I like to top it with some sort of seed or granola. I discover this ratio granola a few weeks back and have fell in love. The taste is superb and the texture is super crunchy. It can be a bit hard at times in the larger granola pieces so I let it sit in the yogurt when I meal prep so it gains a bit of softness but is still never soggy. I meal prep for. A few days at a time so even after 2 days on top of yogurt in the fridge, it's the perfect semi crunchy. Not soggy. Won't need to add any sweetener because it is the perfect sweetness. If you don't want to eat it on top of yogurt, you can just eat it straight out of the bag as a snack. You get eight servings in a bag with 8 G of protein per serving in about 150 calories. Although it isn't the highest content of protein, as the calculation goes, add a zero to the end of the protein grams and that should be about how many calories it is for it to be considered high protein. So this product is mid-range protein. Yet it still is a better addition than granola with less protein and it adds a lot of flavor. The size of the bag is pretty big and on Amazon it is about $0.25 less than other major grocery stores, including the W when in comparison. The value for the price is just right. Sometimes I can see the other flavors going up a few dollars more than this one and I wouldn't purchase it for that price. Below 6.99 is a great price And less than stores. It is filling and it's already prepared so you can just eat it straight out of the bag or add it the top of your favorite yogurt! I recommend buying two bags at a time because you're going to love it. The health benefits are definitely the protein! And the flavor is spot on with the toasted coconut. Go for it !

LOVE. BEST GRANOLA EVER!! I have never been a granola fan because I find it too hard and never actually tasty- if I ever would get an açaí bowl or something I would usually ask for “light granola”. The almond coconut granola is the best granola I’ve ever had, and has completely changed me- I am obsessed with this now and love having it with yogurt, raspberries, blackberries, and honey. The texture is hard yet soft, easy to chew without hurting your teeth, and absolutely tasty. Gluten free is a perfect added bonus. The packet arrived looking like it was all smashed to pieces but when you open it it wasn’t bad. I can’t suggest the almond coconut flavor enough. It is delicious!

This is the second time i have bought this keto granola and is very tadty. I will continur to buy this. I definitely reccomend

This tastes great with yogurt. However, I would purchase to snack on. It's a good filler though.

I absolutely love this granola! The combination of coconut and almond gives it a rich, nutty flavor with just the right amount of crunch. It’s hard to find a keto-friendly snack that tastes this good while staying low in net carbs and sugar. I’ve been enjoying it with almond milk or just by the handful as a snack. It keeps me full and energized without kicking me out of ketosis. Highly recommend to anyone on a low-carb or keto diet looking for something convenient and tasty!

It's delicious. Great to put on Yogurt with fruit. The only thing I noticed is that it was a bit too sweet. I keep my food very low sugar. The price was good for the size and quality of the product.

This granola was very good actually, but just too darn expensive so I'm not going to buy it.
