The unit works fine and the resolution on the screen nice and clear for the backup camera but all the buttons didn’t have the backlight and can’t see for driving at night.*****update my experience with this unit ****Been using it a little over a month now this unit acting strange intermittently for a few weeks now when shifting the car from P to D and from D to P the unit would display the rear view image and I have to either change the shifting back and forth or restart the vehicle and else working fine I thought it was just a one time glitch at first so I keep using it but it keeps happening intermittently now I’m out of the 30 days free returns/replacement windows

The media could not be loaded.  The mainframe is running very well. After communication with the after-sales service, My problem was solved. I'll also share the no-boot test.Follow these steps to check for dual DIN machines [automatic shutdown].1. If a fault occurs, check whether the red line [ACC] of the host cable harness has 12 VOLTS.2. If a fault occurs, check whether the yellow wire [B+] of the host cable harness has 12 VOLTS.3. If a fault occurs, check whether the black wire [GND] of the host cable bundle is properly connected to the original cable bundle GND.The attitude of the after-sales service staff was very good and helped solve many of my problems. Customer service was great. They responded quickly and professionally. I sent them some questions about the startup logo and the staff patiently guided me through setting up the startup logo and solved the problem. What surprised me most was that the car stereo had 16 EQ adjustments. This satisfies my need to be able to customize the way I listen to music. However, if you want to use the carPlay function, you must first click on the iPhone CarPlay icon, and then connect the phone cable. At first, it also didn't operate and didn't link on. I contacted customer service and he sent me a video tutorial on connecting CarPlay to Android Auto, which made it very clear what the problem was. Now that I can easily connect, I have to admit it was a great shopping experience and highly recommend it.

It’s pretty simple to install and fits perfectly on my 04 f150, I installed and the sound quality wasn’t what I was expect it, so I check the polarity on the speakers in the truck maybe I had wires backwards, but it wasn’t the case turns out the wires from the head unit were backwards the negative was positive, and the positive was negative! I use a Multimeter to check that and now it sounds better! I hope the people who buy them before me see my review and checks for that and if you going to buy one like this check the polarity from the head unit before you install your speakers.

I think the price-performance ratio of this product is very good. After receiving the goods, I can't wait to open the product and its texture is very good. In fact, I'm very concerned about the size of the screen because I want a 7" instead of a 6.2", which is more suitable for my needs to navigate with the carplay function or use the phone mirroring function to watch movies when installed in my car . I measured the screen size according to the seller's description and it is 7 inches. Another point to note is that after receiving the goods, buyers who have not installed them need to pay attention not to reverse the positive and negative poles of the speakers. At first, I thought the problem was with the product until I did a proper installation according to the product's instructions and I didn't know it was my installation that went wrong. After installation, the sound quality is great, very satisfied.

Also, the resolution of the touch screen is very good, and compared to similar products I bought before, the resolution is much higher. And this is a real 7-inch touch screen. It’s a touch screen radio, everything works. The touch screen isn’t as responsive as a more expensive device but for the price it is adequate. The CarPlay feature is nice though it has to be hard wired for that.

I am very happy with this radio. I was looking for a touch screen, able to hands free call if needed, and a screen for GPS, it delivered on all. It sounds really good and was easy to install. I was hesitant about buying with only six reviews at the time, but I am glad I did. I have not hooked up the rear camera yet but I will eventually. Great radio so far.
