I have had no problems with this item, works like it’s suppose to. I’ve seen in the comments where people are saying the refills don’t fit. Well they do it’s user error. There’s this metal lip, that is where you insert the refill. I’ve used glade, Airwick, and store brand refills and they all fit and work perfectly fine. You just slide the metal lip of the refill into the metal slots on the product, that’s what holds here refill in place.

This product stopped working after a few weeks. After replacing the cannister a couple of times it wouldn't spray any more and the battery was still good. I ended up buying a cheaper dispenser from Walmart which was more reliable.

Add 2 AA batteries, add your own desired scent canister ( I use Glade), select time-series to spray, place up as high as possible in the room or near air fan, enjoy the room's nice aroma. Nice design, easy to operate. I recommend this device.
