Excellent product, works exactly as it says, a literal lifeline, I couldn't manage without it.
I suffer from blocked nose every day & night; this spray unblocks my nose so that I can use my cpap machine & face mask at night when I sleep.I cannot use my cpap machine & face mask with a blocked nose (I prefer to breathe through my nose with my mouth closed), & if I don't use the cpap machine for a minimum number of hours every night & achieve an average apnea/hypopnia index (AHI) of 5 or below for 80% of the time, I could have my driving licence revoked.So this is literally a lifeline for me.

Works well and fast
Why did you choose this product over others?:Not much to say about this one except that it really works. I have terrible colds when my nose gets congested and my face swells, eyes tear up, and in the end I struggle to breathe. The spray opens up the nasal passages within a few minutes. You might sneeze a bit but that's all. It's super useful especially at night when you lie down and the nose gets totally blocked. Not anymore. You can breathe and sleep without any problems.

Works Well but Causes Withdrawal
Vicks Sinex Soother really helped clear my blocked nose quickly and the menthol scent was refreshing. However, I experienced withdrawal symptoms after stopping, which was uncomfortable. I’ve since switched to a steroid nasal spray from my GP, which works better for me long-term.

Nowhere near as good as Sinex Micromist
It's alright, but nothing on the very similar Vicks Sinex Micromist. This version is much milder/menthol-y, and feels much less effective. It's still good though.
