Very easy to use. This sodium hydroxide melts easily without any clumps and it is very effective in my handmade cold process soaps. With this product be sure to wear your safety gears (such as safety eye glasses, gloves, long sleeve shirt, and mask) when handling and/or using this product as it will irriate your skin upon direct contact.

Works perfect every time for goat milk soap I love that you can buy it in bulk because I make a lot of soap never had any issues with it. I would just say don't store in the Attic or store it for a long period of time open because it did get a little moisture in the bottle and start turning liquidy but that was after like 6 months Definitely recommend!!!

The Red Hot Devil Lye works exactly as expected for soap making and other uses, but safety is very important. It’s highly caustic, so gloves, goggles, and careful handling are a must. As long as you follow proper precautions, it’s safe to use and very effective.
