It is very effective. Works for me. It doesn't smell or taste like other l-carnitine tablets. And the capsules are little big then normal capsules which is fine. You can easily swollow them.. great deal in this price.

Hard to swallow sometimes. Gets lodged in the back of my throat. Taking at the direction of doctor for fatigue but it's doing wonders for my runs and my HIIT workout performance.

Each tablet is big. Hard and rough to swallow. Price is reasonable for higher dosage, 180 pieces on each bottle but swallowing is quite a struggle.

The thing I liked most was value per tablet and also dosage per tablet.

I have used the same product by different brands the pills never tasted sour like these do, not sure if they work.
