It works the way it should..

Assigning LEDs to contacts is a great way to know who is calling without opening the case. Wish they would update some of the non working functions like decline and answering with th e screen closed. But I'd but this case as long as I'm using this model phone.

Had one I bought less than 2 years ago from Verizon along with my phone. Stopped working. This one is just like it for significantly less money..no card capacity but I like the led info on the cover without opening the phone.

I liked the screen cover idea and the outside display idea. It works and plays sojndbars when music is playing, has the time when you close it, turns the screen off when you close it, has the phone symbol pop up when you get calls, and shows when youre on a call. It wasnt worth the effort of returning since it was so cheap, so the price for it (it was relatively low, like 12 or under at the time i got it) was great. Value to money is good. But you use it and it pulls an app up and redownloads it every time i take it off for a bit and put it back on, which is annoying, and also the flap is awkward and annoying to use/hold when its open. Super flush fit of the cover when its closed against the screen, the magnets worked great and it jever really opened on accident. Just weird to open and hold. I keep it for when i need a slim case for events or when pockets need to not look big, cause it isnt noticible on pockets. Other than that i use a different cheapy case, a pop grip and i always have a tiny thin front cam cover slide, which doesnt let the flap close fully. Not bad but noticible enough for me to not use it. Great value tho.

So, I'm forgetful and accidentally left my phone on top of a friend's car. We got to our destination and I realized it was missing. Located it with the app, and it was lying face down, in the middle of the road, front cover open. I just knew it was shattered. This case saved my phone 100%. The only damage taken was to the case, (picture attached) where the asphalt chewed it up on the corner. It's made from pretty decent materials, and I don't expect the case to fall apart or the flip to come undone any time soon. The case is raised above the edges enough that if it does fall facedown onto a flat surface, the screen won't touch the ground. So why not 5 stars? Well 2 reasons. First, the wallet pocket is pretty tight, and it's hard to fit 2 credit cards, a license, and one thin insurance card. My second issue is that the LED cover does not allow you to change music, answer calls, etc. as the last one I owned for a Note 8 did. There is still the custom icon app, so you can draw fun notifications for certain people/apps. I will say it's also pretty difficult to remove the case, and part of the back top corner peeled apart when I took my phone out, no big deal, superglue fixed it. But, if you're looking for a solid LED flip case, you, can't beat this price.

I love my LED view cover. It is slim, light, comfortable. It makes my phone easy to slip in and out of a pocket, purse, or backpack. But what I really enjoy are the LED icons--some animated--that display on the cover. I have made several of my own icons and I'm still like a kid at Christmas with a new toy when I see them display.This slim case offers more protection than its appearance suggests, my phone has hit the ground on several occasions and is still in perfect condition.I find this case lasts two to three years, usually breaking down at the bottom of the spine/hinge. But many people replace their phones as often.
