don't get me wrong, this stuff works great. But it's advertised as 8 bottles.I only received 1.Then I called Amazon and they shipped it again.Once again, I only received one.Please someone fix this!!

My water is hard. Like diamond hard. This is the only place in the United States where I have been unwilling to drink the tap water, its that hard - and I've lived in well over 30 cities, and visited well over 200. When I first moved here I bought a brand new coffee pot - and literally after the very first use "ding" the light comes on telling me I need to de-scale the heating element. This was the only product I found that was able to clean it. (I have since witched to only using bottled water for my coffee pot - but I still de-scale using this stuff!).

This is the best cleaner we've tried for our coffee maker. We love in a city with very hard water, so a good cleaner is a must. This works wonders! I used to have to replace the coffee maker every few months. Now, I use this product and it runs like it is brand new.

I have very hard water and whenever I ran my dishwasher a white residue was always left on my utensils,glasses, cups and plates and at first I was throwing them away but then I did some research and found that this product was recommended for cleaning calcium build up and I felt that it could not hurt to gave it a try and low and behold it works, I pour it in with the soap and I am very happy with the results. The glasses are shiny and so are the utensils cups and plates.

Followed directions - Easy! Nice and shiny all over inside. Do a couple of clean flushes after use -and you are - Good to Go! Save the extra bottles for next time or as a Stocking Stuffer for the Holidays!!
