I love these bands: high-quality, anti-slip layers inside, resistant, three resistance levels. I also like the 8.1cm width. I find it very comfortable. I was not sure about the size of the bands as I have never used any but I'm a size 10 and these fits perfectly. The travel bag is very handy. Overall, very reasonable price for quality. I am a very happy beginner user! I have not claimed the free e-book with bonus exercises and the workout video.

Amazing product
i absolutely love using these bands . Yes they are definitely not for beginners but if u have been working out abit previously then go for it. The thing that I love about this set of bands is that they don’t slide or fold up . The material on the inside sticks to you and you can make more out of ur workout without the nuisance of straightening the bands every now and then .

These seem good quality. The range of resistance across bands is not huge. Weighting would be useful. They are much ‘nicer’ than ‘rubber’ equivalents.

Leg Training and Glutes
Great for legs glutes and core and also rehabilitation exercises. Very low price for 3 fantastic bands with varying resistance. I use these for squats and hamstring strengthening work mainly and get a great workout. Better on my dodgy joints than heavy weights. Any women wanting to train for very toned legs and a great butt, these are the dogs!..

High Quality Bands
I would not have thought that you could get such awesome results from something like these band workouts! The bands isolate muscle groups and the bands are great at staying in place. I would recommend these to anyone! The portability goes without saying.👍👍👍👍

These work great.
They were recommended to me by my strength and conditioning coach. I've been using them for a few months. They are holding up well, have just enough "stickiness" they don't roll up my legs; the width is perfect; the difference in strength between each color is noticeable. I would recommend them to others.
