The media could not be loaded. The product seems to be packed broken as the packaging is good but the product is still broken .

Broken item I received!
I found that the glass body of the lamp was totally broken. I immediately return this product. Today the Currier had came to pick up the item. But they didn't receive the broken product. I don't know why they did to me. Please help me to return this broken product. Thank you!
