Q: Does it work for sony hdr-cx350 ??

I use it with my Sony HDR-SR11 and fits, broke in 2 pieces latter but fit.

Q: Is the mount on the bottom considered a "mini" to fit on top of my Sony SR11?

If the shoe mount on your camera is a mini... this is the adapter needed to use a full sized shoe mountable device (flash, microphone, monitor)

Q: Will this attach a mic with an mis foot to the hdr-cx560's ais shoe?

It does NOT fit a MIS foot microphone. It converts AIS shoe to Universal Shoe
