When the food arrived, the packets were split and the food was mouldy. We asked for a replacement or refund and were refused.

tray seal's problem
I like this product and have got it serval times so can not understand why the seals on the tray's not brilliant some have spilled out gravy and some have gone off ,I think they need to sort out this out, that's whyonly the one star for value . was fine until now

Disgusting split packages with food not fit to give to my dogs
This product to has arrived again with split packages the dog food is smelling aweful made both my dogs sick I do not want this product again cancel any subscription this is the second time this food has arrived and cannot be used disgusting product

Gone to waste.
The dog food as see in pictures has burst, this is now unsuitable for my dog to eat.

Rotten food
Had 5 of 12 rotten in the first pack and haven’t even opened the 2nd yet. Guess I shouldn’t have decided to try something different from my usual. Completely disgusted and incredibly disappointed.
