Go for it!! ...I bought other similar stuff like the one that's like a sleeve with a gel pack inside, but it moves, comes off, and in a short time, wears off.....This one fits great, sits very well and does the foot whale of good!In fact, I find myself keeping it on throughout the day. I work from home, so this is a great fit using slippers at home. I don't think these should be used inside Shoes. You get insoles for Shoes which is different. These are for Slippers, I feel.

The Cushioning of this arc support is so hard , that it hurts the space between toes and heels(ie where it is placed)

This is best product for flat foot issue amd pain reliever. Worth buying and value for money product.Strongly recommend for flat foot issue.
