These plates aren't severely loud when dropped, are equally sized, and slide on and off well. The rubber smell is negligible; I just got horse stall mats in my gym and they reek in comparison, and aren't even all that pungent. They don't mark bare concrete, and seem very durable. The construction on these is purportedly much better than standard bumpers and I'd believe. Strongly recommend these to any lifter who's not in need of competition bumpers, which is probably >98% of all lifters reading this. Will update with comments on longevity, etc. in future.

Fringe Sport is one of the best budget brands in the business. I think this is listed under their old name - OneFitWonder. Anyway, I managed to find an absolute monster of a deal - I scored the 100lb rubber plate set (10s, 15s and 25s) for $100. Thank you algorithm. It's not back up to $400ish? The plates are thinner than crumb bumpers. They did have to be aired out for a few days - comes with the territory. Packaging was solid. Plates new and arrived in great condition.

Great quality people need to get over the rubber smell. THEY ARE MADE OF RUBBER! The smell is gone in a couple days just leave them in the garage if its that big of a deal. Ive been slamming these around for 9 months now and they have held up and have no marks. I plan to buy additional weights from this compnay once im stong enough haha.

These are perfect, the perform as they should and have very little bounce compared to others. I replaced all my 45's steel plates for these. Buy them you will not regret you did. I'm not a fan of bumpers as they do take up a lot of barbell space, but they are pretty accurate over the steel Standard plates which I had the Standard delivered to me 3 to 5 pound off stated weight. Buy these you will love them.

These bumper plates have been great in my garage gym! They can withstand drops without cracking/splitting (which I don't recommend doing if you don't have too, lol). I've really enjoyed the versatility I get from the 160lb set and was relieved to discover how durable the 10lb plates were. I was concerned they would bend under just the bar weight (like a most cheaply made 10lb bumper plates) but they are of good quality and made from a more dense rubber. Hope this helps other possible buyers.

Given the price tag, one could be skeptical about the quality of these plates. The difference between these plates and the standard bumper plate is the density. Bumper plates that are typically found in very free-weight centered training facilities have more give; however, that doesn't necessarily take away from the quality of Onefitwonder's bumper plates. The solid construction of these plates almost seem more durable, but with less give from drops. I've never been a proponent of dropping weights unless it was to prevent myself or others from getting hurt. Therefore, the density of these plates hardly poses an issue. I've had these plates for about a week or two, and I've had to air out the garage a bit to get the rubber smell to circulate out. Like other reviewers have mentioned, this is a small issue, but not a deal breaker for me. It would be wise to keep these plates in a well ventilated area, but if your home gym is in a more confined area, I'd recommend opening the windows, when applicable, and maybe running some fans to alleviate the odor. The weight seems to be true, and the construction is solid. I had no issues putting on and taking off the weights from the bar. Overall, this product is not perfect, but it is surely unbeatable in price and is a great buy for anyone building a home gym on a budget.

Set came exactly how I imagined it (the picture however is incorrect it’s not color coded and it’s not fringe sport it says one for wonder on the plates but this wasn’t a big deal for me at all) the plates themselves are great and they do come a little oily but it’s fine it goes away and I only had this problem with the 10lbs plates. I received the set missing one plate and they immediately sent me the missing one within a week. Highly recommend

I bought these for my wife for her birthday. She's been doing Crossfit for a couple years now and we decided to start getting some of the equipment for the house. These are working out very nice for the initial set of weights. They are exactly as described and have held up great so far. The UPS guy will hate you for a day or two when he delivers them, but, whoever you bought them for will love you.
