I'm using this with an XXK LM091 4-Zone 2.4G RF Remote Control and I'm pretty happy with it.PROs• Responsive* Easy setupCONs• I wish it had screw-down connectors rather than spring-loaded• I have concerns about how it will hold up over time

I can think of some features I'd like, but, for the price, its great.

I bought this because it claimed to be both Zigbee 3.0 compatible and also compatible with MiBoxer controllers. I can report that the claims are accurate. I can control my LM052 from Home Assistant via Zigbee2mqtt. Zigbee2Mqtt discovers the device as TUYA Model TS0505B which is a supported Zigbee2mqtt device. I was also able to pair a MiLight B8 controller to the LM052. I can control the LM052 from either source interchangeably. So if HA goes does I can still control from the B8.The only issue is that changes made via the B8 are NOT reported back to Home Assistant over the Zigbee channel.As is typical of products of this type, the documentation is extremely sparse. Clearly written by a non native English speaker. But if you Google MiLight B8 pairing you will find good video. And it worked the first time.
