Kion Sleep

I've tried a few days, but it seems that my situation can't be relief using this great product.

I've been trying this for about 2 weeks now and if I combine it with other OTC sleep aids I get some sleep, but on its own, 3 capsules a night, it's inconsistent and poor results. Some nights I'll fall asleep quickly but then wake up a couple of hours later and stay awake for over an hour. This pattern continues until I get up. Other nights I lay awake for over an hour, then fall asleep, then wake up after a couple of hours, stay awake for an hour, etc. For me, this is like not taking anything to try and sleep and this was one of the more expensive trials. I will never use again and I can not recommend.

Fantastic product. Highly recommend for use on nights when you really need to get to sleep and can't risk tossing and turning. It seems to be designed to quell a racing mind. Lower doses work as well, and it's not addictive. No melatonin either. They're expensive, but worth every penny. I'd call it "sleep insurance"

Most of the sleep pills we've tried are only 1 tablet/capsule. A few are 2. This is 3. It's also $64.95/1 month! Our budget isn't that big, our sleep problems aren't that bad, and this isn't that effective to justify the price. This didn't seem to work at all for my husband. He experiences the best results if there's melatonin. I'm the opposite, but the effects are so minimal, it might just be a placebo effect. There are plenty of other options out there with these and similar ingredients. Start with those.

I tend to rotate between a few different sleep supplements, and I recently added this one. I like that it does not contain melatonin--only L-tryptophan, L-theanine, and PharmaGABA. None of my other sleep contain as much tryptophan as this one (1000mg per 3 capsules). I decided to try just one capsule instead of the recommended 3, and even just one is effective for me. I usually take 1-2 a half hour before bed. I found that I could get to sleep reasonably fast and that I slept longer through the night. Sometimes, if I have been thinking about a particularly stressful thing a lot, I wake up at 4am and think about it more. After taking this, I have not experienced this. The drawback is that this is one of the most expensive sleep aids I've come across. If you do take the intended dose, $64 / bottle is only a one month's supply. Since I usually take 1 or 2, I can stretch it a bit longer, and the price is more comparable to other sleep aids I use.

I have been using melatonin for years, but in recent months I’ve been using some alternatives to melatonin and at times in addition to melatonin. I was interested in trying this product because it has a unique mixture of two amino acids (L-Tryptophan and L-Theanine), plus pharmaceutical GABA. The quality of the GABA is exceptional! The first time I took this, I took 3 capsules as recommended. Like another reviewer experienced, it was too much for my body type. 1 capsule is plenty for me. Everyone is different and I tend to be very sensitive to medications. I would recommend only taking one for the first night you try this and increase on subsequent nights until you get an effect that works well with your body. Since this bottle contains 90 capsules, this is a 3-month supply for me. That makes the price per month only $21 which is very comprable to other natural sleep aids I have tried. One thing about sleep aids is I like to change it up from night to night. The reason is your body will get used to the ingredients and they become less effective. I like to use this product every third night or so. I like to take one (1) Supplement Spot Sleep Well along with one (1) GMB Sleep. Also, with this Kion Sleep I like to add melatonin and CBD. I love using Danodan CBD which is a high quality hemp cannabinoid and I also like Hempzzz Ultra Sleep Gummies which has melatonin and L-Theanine. Products with L-Theanine has really helped with my sleep quality, so you can most of the products I use have at leas than included with the other ingredients. Also, GABA has been a really good addition. A therapist I had years ago suggested I take it and I am glad this product has such a high quality (PharaGABA) which is very effective and helps with the body’s nervous system. I have found through trial and error that the best sleep quality is through a variety of products that you switch up from night to night. This Kion Sleep has been a nice addition and I like that the bottle lasts me along time. Since I only take one at night the price is very similar to the other products I have outlined above. I hope that the information I’ve provided has been helpful. I really like this product - definitely a 5-star product!!!

Was very disappointed with the amount of money I spent on this. Thought with all the good reviews that this would work. Does not even make me a little tired. Once I do go to sleep it does not keep me sleeping. Hope if works for others but it did nothing for me at all.
