What a beautiful book!Well it is so beautiful I’ve just ordered 2 more as gifts for friends ! This beautiful journal is firstly so thick packed with so many pages I actually thought what brilliant value as it will last you a while! Beautiful presented with a gorgeous explanation first followed by pages with prompts to fill in daily ! Jo’s knowledge comes through on the pages I’m so excited to start using this journal xxx

I absolutely love using this journal. It guides you to focus on your inner self. I find it really helps to set my energy and intentions for the day. Previously I found writing a gratitude list difficult but through using this journal it is helping my gratitude to flow. It’s also a really good reference point so you can look back on it to link events and insights together.

Ever since I've been following this morning meditation routine and tracking the moon cycles, my energy has lifted and I feel so much lighter and more positive. I've joined the Goddess Academy that the author offers as an option alongside the journal and meeting with her live online in the mornings is really special. I'd say this journal is an investment in yourself and well worth it.

Love the layout of this book and it's really thick! Lots of room to write and really good explanation of how to use it at the beginning.Jo is wonderful and I'm really looking forward to better mornings with her method and my very own magic morning journal!
