Can be a bit tricky,when already in pain, but worth the effort, 👍.

These are so good for the price, if you suffer with back neck/shoulders especially. Would definitely recommend

Does the job it's intended for, there are pockets you can slip your hands into to help with manoeuvring the massager in certain positions. ( I've not seen these on other massages ). They are a little tight for a mans hand, so could be made slightly larger. When pressure is applied there is a slight clicking sound, hope this isn't a future problem, there is a 3 year warranty though.

Was a bit sceptical but has been really good. I’m a runner so use after runs to help with fatigue.
