Good design, well thought out
Good design, adjustable mounting feet and comes with the fixings required. I had to use some additional "penny" washer and spring washers as the bolt heads were only just bigger that the aperture they pass through. Only received three anti vibration mounts n the box and not four which was weird. Substatial bracket, painted with a good weight capacity. Also has adjustable knobs at the bottom of the vertic brackets to accomodate walls that are not entirely vertical.

Strong and Easy to Install
It’s good overall, but there are two drawbacks: 1) I used no.10 masonry drill bit, but the plastic plug doesn’t fit, it just won’t go in, luckily I got some spare no 8 plugs. 2) no instructions to use the rubber washer , it took me a while to figure it out

Baffling, off-level design.
I'm not really sure what the manufacturer was intending when they designed this bracket, but the arms are SO far off level it's impossible mount a condenser unit vertically. I used 25-30mm packers behind the top bar, and lifted the condenser unit at the rear with several thick plate washers, but still got nowhere near level. I gave it a couple of stars as it seems strong and decent quality material, but I wont buy this again.

Poor manufacturing
The L shaped brackets are massively out of square resulting in an air con unit that leans backwards significantly. They were like this out of the box before being mounted. Seems to be a big issue with the design or the quality of manufacturing
