I can really feel the difference of nutrition in my body. When I eat and don't take this sometimes I feel bloated and my stomach hurts. So, it may just be me and my strange body.. I thought I would start off slow (and I'm glad I did.) My Long COVID food intolerance has reached such a level of ridiculous. I'm reduced to about 10 foods now. No meat, no grains, no fruit, except a few blueberries.. No carrots! Like, what the heck? I'm just SO, SO sick of this. Figured I would give digestive enzymes a go and see if they would help. I only chewed one yesterday morning with a regular meal of vegetables and beans that I've been forced to eat the past five weeks and OH, MY, the PAIN on my right side starting after chewing it. Good lord. It is now the evening of the next day and I'm still hurting. I won't be trying them again. I'm glad they're working for others, but they're not for me. Returning them. :/
