Squeeze, but don't pop!
I purchased these for my daughter who deals with anxiety in school. We wanted something to give her hands something to do without causing too much distraction at school. The small balls in this allow her to play with them between her fingers, however, if you squeeze it too hard, the outer ball will pop and allow the smaller balls inside to pop out. I would not recommend this for a young child, my daughter is over 10. For what we purchased it for, works well.

Very poor quality - 2 balls broke within 1 week
The idea is very nice, and the sensory feedback is very good. Unfortunately they do not last. These are supposed to be squeezed but even without too much pressure 2 balls broke within the first 4 days. I would not recommend this for children with SPD or any adult to relieve stress since they're not durable. I wish they lasted more than a few days.

Broke very easily
I had this product for 2 months before it broke- being a stress ball, you’d think it would be able to withstand children squeezing it. Well it got a hole very quickly and I had to throw it out. Quite disappointing

Good in small doses
This was a great idea for my students to use as a fidget. However, my middle schoolers were a bit aggressive with them and were able to pop them easily and the smaller balls fell out.

Don't squeeze tight!
They are a very good value, however, a gift to my granddaughter and immediately a hole dispensed a ball. We barely sqeezed the item. It was to be a sensory item for her.
