Purchased for my wife for a surgery and worked very well. Fits well around wrists and ankles, but can be used for other areas as well. Shape was very helpful and it stays cold for a long time. Have loaned it out to other relatives who have also found it very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Learned about this brand under industrial conditions, and have purchased for personal use because of it's effectiveness and ease of use!

For 40 years I've been using ziploc bags filled with crushed ice and wrapped in a towel. That works okay but this thing works great. It's very good quality, thick plastic but always flexible, can be placed around any arm, leg, shoulder or placed across the back. Very large, quite durable - no more ziplocs.

They should include a cloth pouch because they are far too cold to apply directly to the skin. I tend to wrap them in a dish towel with rubber bands which make them look crude.

Flexible and stays cold for a long time. This is the brand/style my physical therapist use. Worth the money for sure.

Love the level of coolness it delivers too

Only use it few times before the seam split open in the corner.
