They are great
Great stuff. Great sound. Great battery life. Price not too bad either. Did I say they are great?

Best thing going if you want lightweight but can't have anything in ear
Best possible sound without having anything in or on your ear -- it rests just in front of ear and uses bone conduction. I am not an audiophile, but it is plenty loud and clear. Works well for spoken word such as audio books and podcasts; and also for music. It's good for allowing you to hear what's going on in the world; but that also means that it doesn't really block out any other noise. It can be a bit difficult to hear when walking along a busy road or in an airplane. (A workaround for a busy road is to wear a hood.) Compared to the other options from this manufacturer, I like it for traveling as it just uses a regular USB cable so you don't need to bring a special charging cable. The rechargeable battery is not replaceable, so once it wears out you need to get a new headphone. It does seem to last at least a few years of steady use, but from a sustainability viewpoint, that's not great. I use it a few hours a day, and to avoid disappointment, I charge it twice a week. One other small downside -- the band that goes behind your neck means you can't really rest your head on a seatback or pillow. This is my third purchase of this style of Shokz. I wouldn't be without it, even with the shortcomings.

Really nice bit of kit
Quite impressed with the sound quality on these. Speech is clear and music is surprisingly good with good trebles and mids and more bass than I was expecting (although nowhere near in or over ear buds/cans booming thuds, more a clear suggestion of the frequencies). Obviously the volume is not nearly as loud as traditional phones so they can get drowned out in noisy environments which is the price you pay for effectively having 4 ears inputing sound all at once. Using earplugs, placing them on your ears or wearing a hood mitigates this somewhat. They are very light and the controls work well. Bluetooth connected without issue and stayed connected. One slight issue I have is the band is slightly too big for my head shape so I can't use them lying down as they get pushed forward away from where they are supposed to sit. Battery life is as advertised although they do take a while to recharge. In summery I really like these, they have clear sound and are comfortable to wear. Recommend.

Good for running
Bought for running. They are great for this - sound is clear for podcasts or background music, Bluetooth connection seems stable. Battery life is very good, charging is simple. Fairly easy to find buttons for volume. Skipping to next track requires a double press on one of the ears, which generally works ok. Worn with glasses and a cap they are still pretty comfortable even on longer runs. Have survived UK rain and sweat. Haven't used them for calls so can't say how good the mics are.

Great product that makes running safer
I bought these headphones as a gift for a female friend who wanted to feel a bit safer running in the city. She absolutely loves them - says they’re comfortable, and the sound plays well whilst allowing you to still hear what’s going on around you. She also likes that you can just hang them around your neck when you’re not using them, meaning you don’t lose one headphone like you can easily do when you’ve got wireless in-ear ones. I tried it as well to see what the sound was like and it is bizarre how you can hear it so clearly without anyone around you hearing it too. I read some reviews about how if you were on the tube people around you might hear it - I personally don’t agree about that. They’re practically silent! Obviously the bass is not the same as for over-ear or in-ear headphones, but most people won’t be buying it for the highest quality sound, more for the fact that you can still hear what’s going on around you. The packaging was also great and there’s a little pouch to keep the headphones in when they’re not being used. So it makes a great gift, and I’ll be buying one for my partner who is also a runner.

Very Good - Listen without being isolated
These are great for use on dog walks and around the house. Easy to use and comfortable to wear for long periods. I like the fact that they you are not cut-off from what is happening around you. The one touch button is good for pausing and skipping forward (one and two clicks). Less reliable to get three clicks to go back. I was using Apple Airpods with very good noise cancelling, but after a year or so I find they make my ears wax up. The Shokz are a great replacement for 90% of what I need headphones for. I'd only want noise cancelling for air travel, etc

Worth the money and... different. Not for everyone, but if they're for you, you won't go back.
Just tried mine out - with orchestral music (Stravinsky's "Rite of Spring"). They aren't loud, and in-ear devices can be a lot louder - but who wants to be deaf? If you want very loud, pass on these. When you are looking for it, there's the tiniest fluttering sensation in the loudest passages, which I doubt I will ever notice again. The sound quality is far better than reviews suggest, and I'm impressed. Conventional in-ear devices are likely better - but consider the circumstances are you are going to be using them in. If you want hifi stay at home. For podcasts, interviews and the like, just ideal. The headband is very secure, and it's weird typing this review while being able to hear the rattle of my keyboard at the same time. Out and about, situational awareness is important. I don't know how it will cope with very long hair, but I don't see a problem. I was attracted to the product because of the shape of my ear cavity. After about 45 minutes, in-ear devices hurt like hell. I've tried everything. Nothing has worked, until now. Problem completely solved. The build quality of the product is good. It's evidently worth the money. They connected immediately and without a hitch. I'm going to use them to monitor sound while shooting video, with the aid of a Bluetooth sender. Again, it's a perfect solution. I can hear if there's distortion and turn the mic down, and still be well aware of my surroundings. The headband prevents you losing earbuds, too. Finally, my Mum told me never to put things in my ears, and she was dead right. It's never a good idea. Now you don't have to.

Bom demais!
Melhor compra pra minhas corridas.

Love these open ear bone conducting headphones!
I just got these, so I still need to play around to see if there’s any glitches. But so far so good. Very comfortable! I’ve worn them for about six hours straight and they just get a little sore next to my ears. But they stay in place and fit really well. I can lean back in my wheelchair and When I walk with my walker they don’t fall off like earbuds do. What I like about these is that they don’t block out sound. They leave your ears open so you can still have conversations with people, or if you’re riding a bike or taking a walk you can hear if there are traffic Nearby, or if someone is trying to get your attention. Great for walks, business meetings, and other things. I am actually visually impaired. So I use something called a screen reader on my phone. This means that all buttons, notifications, text, and anything else that is visually on the screen gets read out loud by a synthetic voice. I don’t always want people around me to know who I’m messaging or what Social media I’m browsing. So having these as an option is wonderful. I can be playing my Spotify playlist, listening to an audiobook or a podcast, but also hear if someone is approaching me. I can sit around the campfire and be browsing my Facebook, but still have conversations with my friends around me without them having to hear my phone talk on and on. These stay charged for a super long time! I only have to charge them maybe once a week. And that’s with heavy use. The sound quality is decent, not a lot of base or Chrispness but for, $99 you really can’t beat it. The next thing I have to test however if it works with phone calls. If it does then these are perfect! I did go on discord, which is an audio chat app for gamers. And I played word games with my friends and everyone could hear me and I could hear them perfectly. 👍🏼 would recommend
