The kids I work with love these magnet tiles! Even though they cannot make a large variety of shapes, they still seem to love it and will sometimes incorporate it in dramatic play.

This is one of the things she wanted for her birthday and she likes them.

So though I think these are super cute and fun. They are much smaller than the picture implies. I would not say they are safe for children under the age of 3. They are perfect for an older child and a great size to fit in your pocket or purse. The magnets seem strong enough to make shapes but not to strong to deal with. I think we are going to really like them.

Perfect for fidget, travel, strong magnetism, bright colors, creative juices start to flow when you spend so much time around these colorful pentagons. My autistic son loves manipulating this sphere, finding new designs and combinations, and it keeps him from nervously playing with his hands. I even found myself playing with this thing for hours without even thinking about it. You can “squish” the tiles around in your hand, it's kinda like a stress ball without them falling because of the magnets, which is very satisfying. And as you can see by the pics, they hold very well. These also make great gifts for those "difficult to buy/find gifts for people" in your lives and lets face it, we all have those.

I am impressed and intrigued with this fidget sphere toy. These small magnetic plastic panels are fascinating, but they only have a few applications. Perhaps we're simply not inventive enough. Forming them into a ball is enjoyable, and it's interesting to see how much you can control and move them without the parts coming apart. This is a 12 pentagons with magnetic balls. Of all the magnetic toys I bought for our 9 hour road trip, they've played with these the longest. All my 4 kids love these (my oldest is 12, youngest is 4). Made so many different shapes. They like to sort and pretend other things with them; so they use them more than just as magnets. Not heavy like other magnetic toys, I keep these in my purse for restaurants or any other places required to wait.
