Q: when you connect two tubes, does oil leak through during evacuation?

Using the supplied coupler I have never had it leak

Q: What material are the tubes made from? What is their temperature rating?

They appear to be nylon tubes and I don't know the temperature rating, but they will have no problem with hot engine oil. Many nylon tubes have operating temps to 200F,(93C) and the melting point of nylon is around 370F.

Q: will this fit a shoreline marine oil extractor

Sorry, I don't know what size tube your shoreline extractor has, but this extender kit comes with 3 tubes, 10mm, 6.7mm, 6mm OD with rubber adapters to connect them to a 10mm OD tube at the extractor.

Q: What is the OD of each tube?

In my kit they are 10mm, 6.7mm and 6mm.
