XDK Custom Keycaps 128 Keys(PBT XDA Dye-Sub) “This is Plastic ”Theme Keycap Set for Mechanical Keyboard

I saw this company on Amazon and they looked like they were trying to make a name for themselves. The store on Amazon is nicely laid out and they had a small but nice collection of colorways and sets. I was in the market for a good "Plastic" clone set and this one looked the best. I noticed another review from someone with similar taste and expectations for keycaps so I gave this a shot. I was actually surprised at how good these are.Materials - Solid PBT. There is almost not texture on the top which is nice for the XDA profile. The F and J keys both have good bumps and the keycaps are thick. They are all uniform in thickness. My only crititsim would be the space bar could use some cross support. The material is thick enough where it's not a problem though and this is nit picking.Colors - Very nice and uniform. The orange is bold and the blue very light and clean. The colors are an exact match with the pictures.Legends - The text is crystal clear. Both on the large font and the tiny font. The large letters are all aligned with the only variation I could find being the U on my set being (maybe) a milileter higher. You really have to look for it. Overall the print is excellent.Novelties - You get a nice set of novelties. This keyboard came with everything I needed to fill and customize my 75%. Its nice getting extras like this, especially at this price point. I've gotten used to having to buy a base set, modifiers, and novelties all seperate. It's great that they all come with this.Packging and shipping - My set was shipped with the label stuck right to the retail box. The keyscaps still arrived with no scatches or broken keys. The packaging is nice. Not quite AKKO display case nice, but they come in a plastic shell that you can reuse when you want to store them.Final thoughts - This is the best clone set I have ever purchased. I had high expectations for this keycap set and they met and exceeded every single one. I have had sets from GMK and EPBT that weren't as nice as this. This company is really trying hard to get into the market and I am entirely impressed.

This set of xda height pbt keycaps impressed me from the jump. They come in a neat tray making install a breeze instead of looking for caps through a jumble on the table.Keycaps are a good thickness and an audibly noticeable improvement from the cheap sounding keycaps that come on certain budget boards. Color quality for the novelties is also great and the white is more of an eggshell as shown in indirect as well as direct sunlight.Overall I cannot speak to the durability of the legends as I returned this item due to my personal inability to type well on xda profile keycaps. They look great but they weren’t for me.

The media could not be loaded. Searched and researched keycaps for days, found these and they compare to the top sets. Very good dye-sub. The keys produce a thocky thick sound, which works great for that sound profile.It can fit a bit tight but as long as you arent switching keycaps every week you will be fine. I didnt notice the print issue as much as other people, mine were printed pretty perfectly.

Slightly taller and smoother than my old XDA set. Overall I like the colour and the style. They were easy to put onto my AKKO switches. All the lettering is centered and I am a fan of the font style. They sound slightly more "plasticy" than my last set did.Docked one star as some of the keycaps are shorter than their adjacent partner. EX my caps lock key is shorter than Tab, A, and Shift, while those three keys are the same height.

The media could not be loaded. These keycaps are amazing. Specially for the price. Includes lots of extras for customization and different keyboard layouts. They feel and sound great. The print is nice and clear. I have gotten keycaps from different sellers on Amazon and these are definitely by far the highest quality ones I have found for the price.

Not only do these caps work with almost any colorway, they feel sturdy and of quality. I'd honestly rate the quality of these higher than that of GMK keycap sets. I know, blasphemy right?GMK is no longer the "leader" in keycaps and many new entrants are delivering some amazing keycap sets, like This is Plastic to the masses at an affordable price, and their efforts should be applauded.

Print on space bar is defective. There is a large gap between the last word and quotation mark. It looks bad. It says “ THIS IS PLASTIC “

I wanted the "Off-White" look keycaps and these did not disappoint. I paired these up with the keychron c2 and it was easy to install and made my setup look great! I get compliments on these unique keycaps all the time. The keycaps are quiet and great for everyday use or gaming.
