MobilePal Qi Wireless Charging Case for iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 6(s) Plus [New 2017 Model] (Gold)

I use to stay away from negative reviews, but have gotten fed up with companies building products designed to just work a few months and then having return polices where it cost you to get a poor product replaced. This is one of them.I purchased this product and used it for two months and it broke. First the iPhone started saying "This accessory may not be supported". Then later the clasp fell off that connects to the power, see the image below. So what I did was reach out to the company, MobilePal. They then wrote back and said send your product back and pay for shipping. They acted as if they were doing me a favor because they were going to pay for shipping back to me and I only had to pay for shipping in one direction. Not to mention that I would have to wait and be without phone protection as I send this back and wait for it to be sent back.As a result, I decided to post the broken product images and email so you can decide if this is the risk you want to take. I DID not abuse this product at all. I take care of my phone and am extremely cautious as they are leased worked phones that we are liable for.In any case, I am tired of cheap products that last just long enough to surpass the return policy on Amazon. It has become a sad pattern and it’s frustrating, because I am not spending money on something to last for a few months, what a waste in money and landfill.So I am clear and fair, the failure here was the connector to the wireless, so the wireless charging did not work. The case fit well and was comfortable in the hand. If you’re buying this for the case and not the wireless, then you are good to go!

I’m here in December to write a review on this product which I purchased in September. It’s already stopped working. I’m not sure why as the little Qi connector that goes into the charging port on my iPhone 7 Plus is still fully intact. I take excellent care of my phone and I’m certain it never got wet. And if ever I needed to remove the case, I always did it very carefully. Another issue with this product is that, due to its design, Siri cannot hear voice commands. It always gets confused. The case causes muffling or some sort of interference with the microphone in the iPhone. So basically Siri is rendered useless whenever the case is on.

When I bought my Tacoma it came with Qi Wireless Charger. It charges really slow and after about a month the piece that goes into the phone broke off.

Amazon said please select a star rate, there is no 0 star rate, i bought this in good faith, read instructions, started out fine, had a little trouble with connector for iphone 6s, i bought this may 2018, its now june??? The charger cease to work, infact it overheated, very hot to the touch, i was scared it would ruin my phone, i hope it didnt, because it seems my phone is curving in the middle, i only used it when battery was low and i was traveling,

Let me start positively on the look. Aesthetically it's a nice case. My wife is pretty picky and she said she liked the look of the gold case more than her current case. So score there...Its got a little blue led on the back that shines when its charging. Only worked for a little over a month and then the connector quit.

I had this case on for only a couple of weeks. It worked great with the QI charging pad I had; however I dropped it once, no damage to my phone or to the case and from that point on the case no longer charges the phone when placed on a QI charging pad. Disappointed that it didn't hold up knowing customers drop phones here and there it happens and should not cause the equip to fail after one small drop.
