Robust, but not swivel.
Very robust, will do the job I need it for. But, the eye does not swivel as advertised. Fortunately, this is not a problem for the application that I have in mind.

It's welded
As others have said the ring is welded in place, does not rotate. To be fair the welding is neater than on some of the uploaded pics. I bought it for pulling out a rotten post but it didn't work out. Used 200mm M10 screws and a long bar. The screws just pulled out, bringing a chunk of wood with them but not the whole post. Worth a try though. The welding may help in this use, making it stronger, but limiting options for direction of leverage.

BRILLIANT FOR REMOVING OLD FENCE POSTS
Saw this on a YouTube vid for removing broken fence posts. Screw it in, lever it out, Bob's yer Uncle, Fanny's yer Aunt.

Nicely made but no swivel
Fine for what I need and looks strong but eye does not swivel.

No Swivel action
As others have said this does not swivel. However other than that it seems to be very strong

Garden post removal
I bought this swivel eye to enable the bottom end of some broken garden posts to be lifted out. Whilst I have still to use the plate, it looks well made and is the appropriate scale for the task.
