How do these cimpare to Fibercon?

NO: Kirkland fiber capsules are derived from psyllium. Fibercon is made from calcium polycarbophil.

Why is shellac an ingredient?

From what I have researched shellac makes fiber easier to swallow and digest. It also helps to break down the fiber so enhancing ingestion. I understand its in many fiber supplements.

How many grams of fiber? It states 3 grams but when I last received them it was only 2 grams per serving.
