Looks like new!
I had a little trouble removing the igniter from the old burner tube, but once that was done, the rest of the installation was relatively easy. Note: the burner kit does not include new burner hold-down screws. The original screws (not stainless) were severely corroded, so I replaced them with new stainless steel screws -- I'd recommend buying some from your local hardware store.

Genuine Weber part, overly complex instructions and no screws
The part is genuine Weber so it is OEM quality. After reading the instructions--which basically tell you to disassemble the entire grill, lid and all--I decided to try it my way. Loosen the two screws holding the tubes down. Expect them to be severely corroded. Weber, you know they'll be in rough shape when a customer is taking the time to replace burner tubes. Why cheap out and fail to include TWO SCREWS? Once you get past removing the screws, wiggle the tubes around taking note of their alignment with the burner knobs. Remove the old assembly and slide the igniter off. Reverse the process, and slide the new assembly back into place. You have to guide yourself by feel because it's a totally blind install, thus the Weber instructions. I had no problem and was back in business within 15 minutes. Good part, shipping was rather slow. Still easier (and cheaper) than replacing an otherwise perfectly good grill, still going strong after 5 years of heavy use.

NO SCREWS!!!
Two (2) specialty screws are required to install this part. They were NOT included in the kit. Were they missing or omitted? Hey, Weber! If you're listening, please send me the screws and CHECK YOUR IN THE BOX MANIFEST!

The parts came earlier than expected and fit perfectly in ...
The parts came earlier than expected and fit perfectly in my Weber E-210 grill. The fact that I installed them without burning the house down and checking into the burn unit is testament to the clarity and ease of the included instructions.

High quality genuine OEM product
It's a genuine factory sealed OEM replacement stainless steel burner that fits and functions perfectly. It includes easy to read instructions for replacing the burner. My previous burner lasted 5 plus years and I expect the replacement will last at least that long with minimal care required. My only quibble is the kit did not include replacement mounting screws. The existing screws have taking a lot of heat and probably need to be replaced lest they need drilled or chiseled out the next time I replace the burner.

Pleased with purchase
The most difficult effort was to remove the screws that held the old burner in. The heads had rusted/corroded such that a wrench would not grab. I ground the heads off with a grinder. I was not able to install hold down screws. I used an epoxy to hold the burners in place on the back supports.

Not Very Difficult to Install
I thought this would be a big job because you have to take apart some of the grill. But if you are a little handy with tools it should take about an hour. The instructions are not too bad, but a lot is intuitive as you start taking things apart. It works fine, don't know how long it will last, but the original one lasted 6 or 7 years.

Works great, but instructions not 100% accurate.
Works great. The instructions were not 100% accurate. Some additional screws had to be removed in addition to the ones shown in the instructions. Also, the instructions show you must remove the wires from the ignition box, but the wires they showed to remove from the ignition box wouldn’t allow me to removed them, so I just did the install leaving the wires connected to the ignition box.
