Is this product useful for swimmers?

In my opinion, yes. This is a deep tissue oxygenator. Oxygen is a foundational energy delivery system of the body. My experience with this product is that I can have a heavy leg day today and recover well enough to run 3 miles non-stop tomorrow. I hope this helps with your decision.

I ordered this for one time sale why do I keep getting it

You must of accidentally left it on auto order which will send you the item every so often. Make sure when you order anything else and if you don't want auto order to just mark the box, 'one time'.
