Magnesium L-Threonate 50g 98% Purity

The container isn't big (a little bigger than a shot glass) but, because it's pure magnesium L-Threonate with no fillers, you need just a little less than 1/8 of a teaspoon, if my math is right. And so it lasts a few months even though I take it every day. I did have to find online a 1/8th teaspoon, since the typical measuring spoon set doesn't go that small.If you, like I, do a lot of supplements in powder form, rather than capsules, will also be happy to know that this is fairly tasteless, which isn't always the case with bulk powder supplements.

How do i know this stuff is even safe? There is no way to trace where this stuff came from and it arrived with no information, just a “bpa” free plastic container. I put 1/8 teaspoon in lemonade and it gave me a headache. I don not feel good about this product/company and will be pursuing a refund. Be safe with what you consume. Plus they wont refund, Sirius metals website, product and customer service is trash.

We got this for our grandson’s seizures. It has helped his memory and seizures immensely. We like that there’s no taste. Add it to any juice.

This container did not include any dosing recommendations. I bought because I had read this form of magnesium was brain-protective and I'm 72. Couldn't find any dosing recommendations online either, so am taking about 1/8th tsp since this form of mag is comparatively expensive.
