I like this product. Good quality and will serve it's purpose but PLEASE measure your waist and chest! I listened to the reviews that advised to go 2 larger sizes larger.I ordered a large. I'm going to have to order a medium. I'm 5ft 9inches and weight 170lbs. The large is almost too big. To get the support that I was expecting, I'm having to order a medium. Tables for size is pretty accurate for a regular build. If your midsection is a little larger,then a size or 2 larger will be an option. I sweat a lot but haven't noticed any strange smells other than the material itself. Some reviews complaining about smell. I'm wondering if those were toxins coming out of the body that they were smelling and not the vest. I have no complaints about the product. I'm just going to have to order the correct size. I'm wearing the vest as I type this review. My back is sore from lifting heavy and the vest is supporting and taking the edge off. Great product! I recommend. Once I get my medium sized, I'll probably come back and give a five star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered a size smaller than I am.Even though it was like stuffing a 10 pounds of crap into a 5 pound bag I was able to zip it up. I love the back straps this this is the answer to all of my back issues and if it helps me lose these last 7 to 10 pounds I've been struggling with then that's icing on the cake.The first time I wore it was to referee four youth football games. Damn is this thing great for the cold. It was 40 degrees and the only part of me that felt any chill was my arms. When I got home and took it off there was easily pounds of sweet released and my back felt better than it did when I got up that day.This thing is greatNot only would I recommend this for weight loss I absolutely stand behind the back support aspect. I was able to slide an ice pack inside. I was in heaven.
