This makes my knee feel warm and that's a good thing. I'm happy with this purchase, wearing it during the day and it makes my knee feel better

Ordered a larger one for the knee that this was to go on. It is now on the "good" knee which swells less.

I want to start by saying this is a very high quality knee sleeve. Although I would not describe this sleeve as a brace, I would say that it provides a surprising amount of stability to the joint, without the discomfort of a plastic or metal bar. I tested the sleeve under three scenarios:First: I wore them around my house. I sprained my knee a couple months ago, and still occasionally get some slip in my right knee. The sleeve kept my knee from feeling weak and also eliminated mild soreness. I hardly noticed the sleeves while walking around my house. I sat down to watch a movie, and 3/4 of the way through started to feel sweaty and a little over compression at the ends. I never notice it during activity, but when I am resting, I start to notice it more.Second: I wore these to the gym. For cardio, I ran stairs, and then worked my legs with weights. The sleeves really provided an added amount of stability in my knees, and I felt comfortable doing squats for the first time since my knee sprain. The insulation and compression kept my muscles loose. The sleeves did not inhibit any of my activity.Third: I wore just the sleeve on my right knee to play softball. I play at a competitive level. I do not know the science behind muscle tension and blood flow from compression, but once I get warmed up, the sleeve definitely helps keep me warm and loose, particularly during periods of inactivity. I have worn this in four games now, and enjoy the support it gives. I think I am going to try warming up without it, and putting it on once I am warm. I have also noted reduced soreness and swelling in my knee the day after playing.Overall, the sleeve definitely provided stability to my knees. I did receive this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

This is a solid compression sleeve. The compression is very good; I ordered XL and it's good everywhere except the ends are a little tight. I didn't realize there was an XXL available; maybe I should have ordered that size, but maybe then it wouldn't have as much compression where I need it, right on the knee, which is perfect in XL. There is no hole for the patella; I have many sleeves/braces and usually prefer a hole with a pad under the knee cap. The problem I find with sleeves/braces with patella holes are that they tend to slip out of place and require constant adjustment. This is for light knee support and stays on (in place) all day without getting stink or too sweaty. I'm skeptical, but hopeful about the purported benefits from the copper, but even without it, this is a decent compression sleeve.I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review.
