VERY BAD PRODUCT
I’m extremely disappointed with this order. I ordered a customized name pendant with a chain, but what I received was completely wrong. The name on the pendant wasn’t what I requested, and to make things worse, the chain was missing entirely. This was supposed to be a special gift, and it’s really upsetting that it arrived completely incorrect and incomplete. Quality control seems to be lacking. I do not recommend ordering customized items from this seller unless you want to be let down.
