Its perfect! I love it! Only one problem; I cannot wring the water out after soaking it. My little hands are way to weak, and I don’t own a washing machine for the spin cycle. It was also so heavy I really couldn’t lift it. I had two friends come over and help wring it out, and it’s still hanging over the sink heavy with water 15 hours later. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. It’s beautiful, excellent quality, fits perfect, obviously holds the water, but I think it’s a men’s vest. I’m a 5’2”, 60 year old woman with MS and an artificial spine. I absolutely do recommend it, but I am going to have to send mine back. Darn it!

Works pretty well in warm weather. If it's really hot out, it might last a couple hours of cooling you down. It works less and less over time as the water evaporates. First 20 minutes are amazing, then next 30 minutes its ok, then the next hour is just ok. It definitely takes the edge off. I would estimate about lowering the temp about 10 degrees, which makes a huge difference in 90 and 100+ weather.

It does help you stay a little cooler without leaving you soaking wet. It's well made but I subtracted a star because it's a couple of inches short on my 6 foot frame, meaning it sits 2 inches above my waist. All else fits well.

Yes it is cool to the touch and to your body but it's damp like wearing a wet towel. So it feels like when you are sweating and the air around you makes you feel a little cool but your still hot.

Great product. Wish they still made the long sleeve version.

I got this vest from a motorcycle leather store. I got it for the rides to sturgis. When we'd leave in the morning for rides. I'd get a bucket of ice and throw it in a large zip lock bag and put it in my saddle bag. By about 2 when it gets about 90 I'd put ring it out a bit and take the shock of putting it on my skin with a thin shirt. What a difference it makes. It last me about 2 hrs then I just use the melted water in the bag to recharge it. It's the only way to ride in the heat now.

This vest is WAY too small. I understand that you want a cooling vest snug for best results, but my husband could not even close it. It was actually too snug for me! Sizing way off!
