Great little ball
Just what I was looking for. I do different exercises while sitting on the couch. Came with everything needed to inflate it. Can’t fault it. Also used to do some fun challenges you see.

Soft yoga ball
Purchased this to help massage my abdominal muscles and help relax spasms/knots in my digestive system. It’s a little bigger than expected but works well and creates just enough pressure to work without being uncomfortable. Whilst I found it difficult to fully inflate (the air escapes before you can pop the valve back in), thankfully I need it partially deflated for my use. You receive two straws and an extra cap in case of loss.The main issue I have is that it’s very sticky so may attract! Definitely something to bear in mind if that would bother you, but overall a great buy and affordable little accessory for gentle massage or using in pilates. Would recommend!
