Started using this under eye roll on cream just few days ago and I can clearly see my dark circles reducing, reduced puffiness in the eyes and under eyes becoming brighter and lighter. It's an excellent product with easy and convenient application.

I have used it for about 3 weeks now and see a difference. I expect more after another 3.PROS:- It is working for me. (Oily skin, dark circles around eyes with lack of elasticity is my skin 'type')- It is moisturizing and does not dry out the area- It barely has a smell, which is a good thing- It leaves just a little amount of shine - just the right amount- You can actually feel it tightening the area after application.- The pump makes it easy to apply and massage (but read CONS)CONS:- One pump gives a little too much product. The instructions mention massaging for up to 30 seconds, but it took me about a minute to massage in the amount from one pump. And I still needed to dab off a little after that.- As some have mentioned, the pump doesn't feel very reliable and will probably not last as long as the cream. But it is removable, so you can still get to the cream if needed.IMPORTANT CAUTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS:- Always patch test ALL skin products before using them. You can apply a little to your inner arm and see if you can tolerate it. The area around the eyes is extremely sensitive.- Be careful not to get this in your eyes - even a little bit on your lashes. We touch our eyes and the surrounding area much more than we realize.- Wash your hands immediately after applying it.- If you wear glasses, make sure they fit you well and don't slip off easily.- You can apply a little bit of Vaseline (or Nivea) to your eyelids so that it doesn't affect the area in case it gets there.- If you are new to Retinol, I would strongly suggest using it once a day, every other day to be safe at first. You can increase the frequency after the first week. Apply a gentle moisturizer a few minutes after applying the cream. If you're going to be in the sun, sunscreen is highly recommended even if you don't use one now.- If you are using other skincare products with Retinol, do NOT apply both on the same area! You are increasing the amount of Retinol applied to a sensitive area. You can always carefully leave that area out with the other product if you use this as well.- Keep Teardrops or any other OTC eye freshener handy. If you get some cream in your eyes, you can use it after washing them. Please see a doctor if your eyes get too red or start hurting. Make sure you are not allergic to OTC eye refreshers. These are my suggestions, but I do not know what you might be allergic to. That is your responsibility. :)- If you are using the computer for extended periods of time, I would suggest using the cream after you are done with the computer. These creams can sometimes cause a little redness in the eyes (increased blood flow and airborne chemicals). Better to use it when your eyes are not getting strained already.- Take a video of yourself before and after a month. Sometimes it's difficult to notice the change! :)Enjoy!

The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately I received it with a broken roller that made it impossible to use.Many people have complained about the roller breaking, why doesn't the company take steps to rectify?I tried to screw the roller back, but it doesn't work that way. I tried to thrust it back, but that only ended up in releasing and wasting a lot of the cream (the cream's fragrance was very pleasant though) from the broken area.So i had to call up customer service. A pity, i really wanted to use it as it smelled wonderful.But what's the point of having a product if the roller is broken and way too much cream gets released from the broken area, making it unusable. We can open the cap to use it as a cream instead of roll-on, but then why am I paying for the roller instead of normal cream accordingly.One good thing, they used environment friendly packaging. Which is pointless since the product is damaged.

Thanks to the under eye cream because it is very nice and time consuming . It is non-sticky and non-greasy at the same time. It gets easily absorbed into the skin. The cream is rich in natural goodness and it works as a brightening agent to the skin. It hydrates and moisturizes at the same time.The packing is impressive and the container is wonderful.
