Not the same as oem, but looks like they'll work fine
First time installing these bolts.Although they fit my rotors, from the photos I've attached there's quite a difference, and they're not identical to the oem bolts. The head of the Prime Ave bolt is quite smaller in diameter, and it's sitting very recessed inside the Rotor itself. The shhaft itself is about the same, and it's a bit longer than the oem one.It fits my JIS screwdriver from Vessel, specifically bought for the brake change, with no problem - even better than the oem bolt. From my short experience with them (installed today) they seem to do the job. I'll update once I've put some miles on the new brakes.Since they aren't thee same measurements as oem, I've taken one star off.

Excellent quality material that Honda should have installed but didn't
WHY the heck Honda put two screws to hold down the rotor???? Stupid design that cost me a couple of hours trying to get the rusted OEM (cheap) screws off. The material is probably cheap metal which oxidizes and freezes to the rotor and mount. Had an hand impact driver tool and still could not get it off so I had to drill into the head deep enough to bang the rotors off to snap the screw heads off. With these stainless steel replacements found on Amazon they should never rust and with adding anti-seize should help in their quick future removal. Still use them to keep your car original but be warned that you may encounter this.

Exact replacements for stock rotor screws.
Most Honda garage mechanics state that you need not re-install these screws. However, they help identify the front and rear rotors, as the screw holes are different and the rotors are slightly different sizes. These are an exact fit. Note that these are not Phillips head, but a special Japanese fitting for which you can purchase a tool here on Amazon. (The screws that are installed are usually rusted on so I purchased the impact version).

Great Price
Two of these screws hold each brake rotor in precise alignment on my 2007 Honda CR-V. Failure to apply anti-seize compound to the area where the screw head contacts the rotor will enable the screw heads to "grab" onto the rotor, and a stuck screw cannot be removed except by grinding away the screw head with a drill, so it's a good idea to have a package of these screws just in case. The factory recommended torque for each screw is only 7.2 ft. lbs. My photo shows what the screws look like and where they fit on a rotor.

Fit disc brake rotors front and back on 2006 Honda accord V6
They fit just fine and will likely be easier to remove than the originals since they are stainless steel. In retrospect, I'm not really sure that they are necessary. On every other car I've worked on, the lug nuts are sufficient to keep the rotors secure.

Fit Honda Element Perfectly.
These were a perfect replacement for the ones I removed from my 2008 Honda Element. I would get these and replace the OEM ones when you do your brakes. The OEM ones that come installed on the car can be difficult to remove (had to use an impact drive on 2 of them) and usually have some damage to the heads. Install these with some anti-seize and you will be good to go for removal later on at your next brake job.

Fit well, no issues
If you are doing Honda disk brakes a lot of folks recommend replacing the two screws on each disk. I suspect you could reuse the screws, but if you messed up the head on removal you will pay the price the next time you do the brakes. I tried theses stainless steel screws in hopes that they wouldn't become rusted in like the OEM screws. Don't know how that will work out yet.

Better than original
The length is 1/8 longer which makes it more secured in securing my hub down. Perfect fit and good idea to replace while changing youre rotors 99 honda accord. Simply mind blowing. My new rotor and brakes are strong and highway tough. Nice japanese screws. perfect fit
