Excellent product that does exactly what it says - stops hand/wrist cramps when riding motorcycles.Please note that this is NOT a "cruise control" for your motorcycle, this is a device to provide a throttle assist or an alternative throttle control. This device helps reduce the gripping/twisting force of your fingers to hold the throttle open and thus avoids finger and hand cramping during long rides. The crampbuster allows you to use the natural weight of your hand/wrist and transfers that force to a downwards motion of your throttle. Initially it is a strange sensation transferring your throttle control to your wrist, but with a little practice it significantly reduces hand fatigue, especially on long interstate rides.Be careful the first few times you ride with the crampbuster. The crampbuster has to be installed at the outside edge of your handgrip so there is clearance for you to rotate the crampbuster without hitting your brake lever. Adjusting the position of the device requires you to rotate away from the rider (only rotates in that direction because of device design and functionality), and if you rotate it too far, you have to rotate it completely around the throttle to get it to adjust to your correct "down" position. It is highly recommended that you STOP to adjust your crampbuster (at least until you are an experienced user). Also take note of tight left hand corners (as the handlebar moves away from your right side, the natural movement will open the throttle), so practice using this device at low speed in a parking lot before heading up any roads with heavy traffic or any winding roads.As far as sizes are concerned, the standard size fits sport and standard handgrips, but I purchased the larger size for my cruiser with oversized handgrips (the size range each one fits is in the product description). CB1 & CB2 fit regular sized handgrips, and CB3 & CB4 fit oversize handgrips. I purchased the CB3 (regular width) for my cruiser with oversized handgrips because a friend who initially bought the CB4 (extra wide width) found it was easier to initially learn with the regular width crampbuster before progressing to the extra wide crampbuster. In fact, he now uses the regular width for local highway and uses the extra wide for long interstate cruising. You do NOT want to use the crampbuster for short rides in the city - when you have lots of stop & go riding it could be dangerous if you apply pressure on the Crampbuster when maneuvering in tight corners or heavy traffic.

Not a big deal, and if anything, is a great upgrade. Fits the attitude and riding style of my cruiser better.

Worked great. Had another that was wider that I couldn't use due to no hand space. I put this on the very end of my handle and it worked perfectly. A tad longer would have been great for me just because my handlebars are a little short. Received item quick.

Tried the Crampbuster on my Shadow Aero on a long road ride and had very mixed feelings. It really does help cramps and allows you to basically rest the edge of your hand on the plastic and not grip at all. A huge help for me as I am prone to numb hands which is not a good thing.But. It might be my factory grips but this fits so tightly on my grips that once I have it adjusted I pretty much can not change it's location. Maybe my grip is too sticky or a bit too fat but it holds so well that I have to work to get it in the right place for a specific amount of throttle and then it doesn't want to let go. I haven't had many chances to try it again and maybe it is just practice but as soon as I got off the highway on that one trip, I took it off the throttle. I couldn't get it to move to a place where it wasn't in the way.Put me on the highway for major miles and I will use this, without a doubt. Less than that? Not so sure.

when I first saw this Crampbuster online I wondered if it would really work, I even said to my self, yah right! Well now that I have it, I must say IT REALLY WORKS. I never get the Thumb Craps I use to get while riding, they are gone and my hands feel relaxed. Just turn the Crampbuster around into the correct spot and away we go! When its not needed spin it around and out of the way. Very Simple designs but it has save my hand on all my distance rides.

I have used these for years now. I love them. I have a throttle lock also but these make long rides even better. It gives you a place to rest your wrist and leave your grip loose. This eliminates the fatigue that occurs on long trips.I can install and remove this as needed, even while moving down the road. Adjustments are simple and take only a second or two.Only negative about the CB3 is due to the long length it tends to sheer off after a while. The continued pressure on the plastic eventually snaps. They are cheap enough though that this does not bother me. I get about 4000 miles out of each one.
