Beautiful lantern! It's a decent quality - no major knicks or dings, and it looks lovely sitting in the window. Definitely love the splash of color this and another green Moroccan-style lantern offer. The price is quite nice, too.

Recently decided to redecorate my bedroom to make it more "dreamy". Along with a new bed, draperies and wall hangings I hung several of these lamps around the room with remote control candles inside. The ambiance is perfect. Great purchase.

Save your money! The bottom closure of the lanterns will not hold. The piece falls out and will not hold a candle. I wasted over $100 on the lanterns and my wedding reception decorations had to be replaced.

It is pretty and surprisingly of decent size. It's a very sturdy build, not at all flimsy like some I've seen, and the glass is heavy and beautifully embellished. This lantern is perfect size for holding tea candles and the patterning in the metal looks great with light shining through it. If you don't want to use tea light candles that don't last for a long evening out doors, you can use LED lights/ battery powered tea lights and have a beautiful light all evening long. The lantern may seem small but it is exactly as described. This is a wonderful little lantern! It was not at all expensive, arrived promptly and is so cute! I use battery powered tea lights in my lanterns and they look wonderful! It allows you to insert your choice of lights/candle into the opening at the bottom, just twist to open or to close after placeing your light. There is a hook at the top if you choose to hand or just simply set on a patio table top.

This is a cute lantern, and I'm only giving it 4 stars because the bottom part that comes off for you to place a candle or LED candle in is very loose and doesn't stay shut, so you have to play around with it a lot to get it "just right" so it'll sit on whatever surface you're putting it on straight. Other than that, I like it very much.
