Amazing and speechless
First off the packaging is very well on how it’s packed. It’s also very straight forward how to install and they make it easy for you to do this. My son loves the bike it’s well built and very very light that also was a huge benefit Just to add to the great quality of the bike. It’s smooth and overall fun. I contacted Costomer service to give them a great complement on the bike and the were responsive and fast. And over a great hassle free experience. damaged parts
The 3 piece crank bearings are shattered it wiggles while peddling I will be uploading a video shortly to show the damaging of the build from the company that it came from nice bike but disappointed in the money spent and I can't even ride it

The seat fell off didn't have that long
The media could not be loaded. My son to ride nd the seat just broke off. That's a 370.00 dollar bike. Very disappointed with this my son's birthday money.

Cheaply made, parts break easily, warranty is trash
Disc brake broke after very light use, box arrived damaged. The bike feels super cheap. The company is a penny pincher definitely not consumer friendly. They don’t care about your business. They expect you to take this bike to a shop and pay half of what it cost to have it professionally built even the parts that are preassembled or they will not honor their warranty, not even for cheap parts that could easily be resupplied by them, bad business. Go else where!
