Herbal Calcium Formula 100 caps 100 Capsules

I've been taking these Dr. Christopher Herbal Calcium supplements for years and swear by them. I had terrible foot pain to the point of almost needing surgery about ten years ago due to bone spurs. My mom told me about these and said try them before you put yourself through surgery. After about a week of using the as prescribed I swear the pain went away! After several months I tapered down to only taking a few a day for maintenance. I notice if I run out and go a few weeks without them, my feet start to hurt again. I also have given these to friends who are athletes and suffer from various kinds of joint and bone pain including breaks. ALL of them said they made a huge difference. This is like a miracle drug. I can't recommend them strongly enough!

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis 2 years ago. Blood testing by my naturopathic doctor showed that my vit. D was very low, and a urine test showed that my body was not absorbing calcium. I should mention that I changed my diet drastically, too. (Stopped all dairy, since it is very acidic, and for several months consumed lots of homemade bone broth to make sure I was getting plenty of collagen.) I also began to take this herbal calcium, plus Dr. C's tissue and bone product, and began taking D3. Yesterday, my chiropractor took lots of x-rays of my spine and hip, and said my bones look strong and healthy...no sign of bone loss at all! So, even though I stopped the bone broth several months ago, and switched to a vegan diet, (no dairy, all vegetables and lots of fruit), my bones are still strong, so I will continue to buy Dr. C's herbal calcium and the tissue and bone products!

I would wake up in the night when I was pregnant with a charlie horse in my calves, these helped me resolve that issue, both babies have nice strong bones and mine were not depleted. These also help my kids who are 12 and 10 with their growing pains, they really feed the bones!!

I have a fast growing 10 year old. He has grown 4.5 inches in the last year! He was having bad "growing pains" in his feet and legs. I read that herbal calcium was supposed to help with that as the pains are actually from calcium being striped from existing bone to grow more. He started this product in mid-December, 3 times a day for a couple of weeks and then went to once. He has no more growing pains, even though in those 3 months he has grow 2 inches and another shoe size!!! I'm a believer!

Digests well and product line offers a great tooth-powder our family uses to augment Bronner's toothpaste.. so we have good experiences with the consist quality of this all of this line's products and will continue trying more in the future

When i had sensitive teeth during pregnancy, this was the only thing that helped, and I did not have a single cavity after taking this during my 4th pregnancy, which never happened before!
